Refunds

We offer a full money-back guarantee for purchases made on our website. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you are eligible for full reimbursement within 15 calendar days of your purchase.
After the 15-day period refunds will longer be available. Therefore, we encourage our customers to try on their purchase within 15 days after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
The following items are nonrefundable:

• Items that have been embroidered with company names and logos


• Clearance Items

• Items can have never been worn except for the purpose of trying on for fit.


• Items must be returned in original packaging and with price tags (if applicable). Please do not remove the tags/stickers or dispose of the packaging until you are sure you’re satisfied with your purchase.


• Items must be in a condition in which they can be resold—no rips, tears, stains, or discoloration. In the rare event that the item came to you in this state, please contact us immediately at (405)273-1064 and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.


• You must provide a receipt or order confirmation with purchase
  
  If you’re items do not meet these criteria we reserve the right to withhold a refund. If you would like the item(s) returned to you, you will be responsible for either picking up the item at our store or the shipping cost of having it returned to you.

Shipping

Please allow 7-10 business days for your purchase to arrive.
You can return shipped items to our store or mail them to us at:

If you mail in the item, we will inspect it upon receipt and issue a refund back to your card or the method of payment you used for the purchase. If you wish to exchange the item, we ask that you specify when you contact us about your return.

Shipping Terms and Conditions:

• You are responsible for paying shipping cost on returns unless the item was damaged upon delivery.


• Shipping costs are non refundable. Online purchases of $75 or more will receive free shipping.
